Will you guide us with posing?

Yes. We’re happy to guide you with posing when needed while also welcoming your own ideas and inspiration. Many clients share an inspo board or specific poses they love, and we use that as a starting point while capturing natural, candid moments throughout the session.

How does the booking process work?

To begin, fill out our contact form with details about your shoot. Within 24–48 hours, we’ll review your inquiry and reach out to discuss pricing and packages that best fit your needs. Once a package is selected, a signed contract and retainer are required to officially secure your date.

How much coverage do we need?

Every session is unique. After reviewing your inquiry, we’ll recommend the appropriate amount of coverage based on your vision, location, and goals to ensure your session feels relaxed and well-paced.

What should we wear for our session?

What you wear should reflect your personal style and overall vision. Comfortable shoes are recommended if your location involves walking, and bringing water or light snacks can be helpful for warmer sessions. Once booked, we’re happy to offer light outfit guidance if needed.

How would you describe your editing style?

Our editing style is minimal and true to color. We focus on subtle enhancements that keep images natural, timeless, and authentic—without heavy airbrushing or over-editing.

What is your turnaround time?

Most portrait sessions and regular shoots are delivered within 1–2 weeks.

Elopements and weddings are delivered within 4–8 weeks.

How are photos delivered?

Your photos are delivered through an online gallery where you can download high-resolution images, order professional prints, and create albums if desired.

Where are you located?

We are based in Central Florida and serve Lakeland, Tampa, Orlando, and surrounding areas.

Do you have a studio?

We do not have a permanent studio, but we work with local studios as needed and also offer a mobile studio setup for professional headshots.

Do you travel for photoshoots?

Travel is included for local photo sessions. Extended travel may require an additional fee.

What happens if we need to reschedule?

Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We’re happy to apply your retainer to a new date, subject to availability. Reschedule policies and timelines are outlined in your contract.

Do you offer sneak peeks?

Yes. Sneak peeks are typically delivered within a few days of your session so you can share a preview while your full gallery is being prepared.

Do you help with location selection?

Yes. We’re happy to recommend locations based on your vision, lighting, and overall vibe once your session is booked.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and wedding dates, as availability is limited.
